Your monthly rent includes a full package of services such as housekeeping, trained staff around the clock, choice of entrée at every meal, some transportation and a variety of recreational activities. All apartments are rented on a monthly basis. All utilities, except your private telephone are included in your monthly rental fee.
Designed for residents who are independent. Includes housekeeping and laundry service once per week, three meals per day, activities and medical transportation on Tuesdays. No assistance with activities of daily living.
Includes services outlined in Level I plus minimal assistance with activities of daily living. Examples include:
Includes services outlined in Level I. Level III residents receive some assistance with personal care and other activities of daily living. Examples of Level III assistance include assist with bathing two times per week or one whirlpool per week, assistance with dressing, occasional assistance to meals or reminding and redirecting behaviors.
Includes services outlined in Level I plus routine assistance with activities of daily living. Examples of Level IV assistance include assist to and from meals and activities, assist with incontinence management, two whirlpool baths per week, behavior supervision and management, diabetic supervision and assistance with diabetic medications, or assist with transfers routinely.
Special needs, services and fees are based on individual requirements for care and availability of services. An example of special needs is a resident requiring assistance with eating, or one-on-one exercise routinely. Special needs, services and fees will be discussed and assessed in your personalized service plan prior to move in and as needed thereafter.

ALF Cinco de Mayo Resident and Staff PotluckResidents and staff will have the opportunity participate in a Cinco de Mayo themed potluck in our ALF Rec Room. Residents will be able to prepare foods of their choice, or offer suggestions and have staff assist in preparation in meals. Staff will bring in their special dishes for all residents and staff to enjoy. |
